SIMPLY PERFECT 4 BEDROOM LUXURY VILLA

2 LARGE SITTING ROOMS

Both sitting rooms are large open plan areas. They have vaulted ceilings and are decorated in light colours giving a feeling of brightness with subtle lighting and decorative touches.

The spacious FAMILY ROOM overlooks the pool and patio area with patio doors leading out to the pool deck. It has 2 large sofas, a beautiful glass coffee table with matching glass side tables, glass shelve unit and glass TV unit. Here you will find our fantastic 50 inch television with full HD cable TV and DVD player.

A large, bright SITTING ROOM is at the front end of the property. It has 2 large sofas, a coffee table and 2 side tables with lamps.

Both rooms have tastefull OPEN PLAN DINING AREAS. The 2 dining tables each have seating for 6 and our breakfast bar also seats an additional 2 people. The formal dining table could seat 8 people.

BEDROOMS/ BATHROOMS

BEDROOM No. 1

The super size king bedroom is actually in a private suite of it's own with patio doors leading onto the pool area. The luxury bedroom suite has 2 bedside cabinets with lamps, a mirrored dressing table, flat screen TV and storage space. An en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit with storage space, hairdryer, straighteners and a plentiful supply of quality towels. It has a walk in cupboard with plenty of hanging space which houses the safe.

BEDROOM No. 2

has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, bedside cabinet with lamp and a mirrored dressing table. There is a large fitted wardrobe well stocked with bedding.

BEDROOM No. 3

has 2 single beds with table and lamp, chest of drawers, flat screen TV and a large fitted wardrobe.

BEDROOM No. 4

has 2 single beds with bedside cabinet and lamp, chest of drawers, flat screen TV and a large fitted wardrobe.

All bedrooms are very tastefully decorated.

FAMILY BATHROOM

has shower, bath, toilet, wash hand basin, vanity unit with lights and a fitted cupboard with plenty of luxury towels and a hairdryer.

Some may argue that a 3rd bathroom would be desirable but we find what we have is more than adequate with never a complaint from our guests. As a matter of fact we chose this set up as it means more space in other parts of the villa.

INTERNET

The villa has top quality, high speed Internet which can be accessed by multiple users any where in the house. (bring your own laptop/tablet)

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST BAR

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. All utensils, crockery, etc., are in perfect/new condition. There is a large American fridge/freezer. The kitchen is also equipped with a large oven and microwave.

Next to the kitchen is a 2nd dining area and breakfast bar.

UTILITY ROOM

We also have that all important utility room leading from the kitchen which has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes airer, iron, ironing board and vacuum.

GAMES ROOM

The double garage houses a pool table with a table tennis top, a fantastic cross trainer, a dart board, chairs, a selection of books and 2 bikes for you to use at your leisure.

THE POOL

In our opinion the most special part of our villa is the large pool which is fully screened. With clear blue water and a lovely outlook you will want to spend hours here. This is definitely the place to soak up the FLORIDA SUNSHINE.

The pool is electrically heated (although this is optional). At night the pool can be ILLUMINATED making the area look very enticing. We have a large patio area which is well equipped with plenty of top quality, comfortable sunbeds for you to relax on and a dining table and chairs. If you want to sit in the shade there is a shaded area.

There is also a detachable child safety barrier.

EXTRAS

CAR PARKING

As our garage now houses the pool table, etc., there is no indoor car parking but the private driveway to the front of the house has adequate parking for 2 cars.

GARDEN

There is a well kept garden to the front of the villa with solar lights and palm trees. The rear of the property looks out onto a lovely, large grassy area.

A SAFE is available for your use. ALL LINEN, HOUSE TOWELS and POOL TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. There is also a TRAVEL COT and HIGH CHAIR should these be required.
